Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once agreed, except where an event or project is cancelled or where required by law.

Any refund arrangements will be communicated clearly at the point of agreement.
